Osmotic technology – what sets Osmogel apart?
Double-stage reverse osmosis water
The preparation base is ultra-pure water produced by double-stage reverse osmosis — free from impurities, chlorine, heavy metals and organic compounds. This water is the ideal environment for active ingredients and particularly safe for sensitive and reactive skin, where even an impure product base can trigger a reaction.
Complex of 5 plant oils + moisturising agents
- Cotton seed oil (linoleic acid) — limits transepidermal water loss (TEWL), supports the skin barrier,
- Linseed oil — reduces dryness, conditions, maintains hydration,
- Rice bran oil (gamma oryzanol) — restores natural skin balance, regenerates,
- Wheat germ oil (lecithin) — limits TEWL, softens, conditions and hydrates,
- Sunflower seed oil — antioxidant support, free radical neutralisation.
Additional active ingredients
- Allantoin — soothing, anti-irritant, supports epidermal regeneration,
- Betaine — humectant, strong hydration,
- Inulin + glucose + fructose — skin microbiome and barrier support,
- Oat bran extract (Avena Sativa) — soothing, for sensitive and reactive skin,
- Tocopherol (Vitamin E) — antioxidant, skin lipid protection.

FAQ – questions and answers
Why does reverse osmosis water make a difference in a cleansing product?
Tap water contains chlorine, heavy metals, mineral salts and organic compounds — potential irritants for sensitive and reactive skin. Double-stage reverse osmosis removes over 99% of these substances, providing an ultra-pure base that doesn't irritate, doesn't disrupt the skin microbiome and doesn't compromise the skin barrier. This is especially important for post-procedure skin after aesthetic medicine treatments.
Why is Osmogel Step 1 and not the only cleansing step?
Double cleansing is the gold standard — especially with regular UV filter use, make-up and urban pollution exposure. Step 1 (Osmogel) removes make-up, oily impurities and UV filters. Step 2 (emulsion) cleanses pores from remaining impurities without aggression, preparing skin for optimal absorption of skincare actives.
